Amy Hostetler

Amy is a graduate from the University of California San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in biological anthropology with a focus on primatology. She has written an undergraduate thesis on the use of primates as referential models in human evolution with the esteemed Dr. Shirley Strum and hopes in the future to engage in more research, both in the field and with theoretical, academic work. When she’s not constantly telling people about how much she likes gibbons and their long arms, she plays video games and loves to do crafty things, like sewing, woodworking and jewelry-making.
