Visiting Research Scientist
Kris Banda is presently finishing her MSc in Primate Behavior and Ecology at Central Washington University. Her current research with Field Projects International focuses on potential seasonal influences on parasite species richness of neotropical primates. To do so, she spent both the rainy and dry season at the Los Amigos Biological Station training her research teams to follow and study primates. Besides obsessing over primates and their poop, she can also be found pretending that the forests of the Cascades and the Appalachians are even remotely similar to the beautiful forests of CICRA.
